Refund Policy for Employers and Employment Agents

Ben Khan & Associates LLC, (referred to here as "benkhan.com" and "Ben Khan"), must receive all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments via our contact form, (found at the bottom of contact us page), within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Ben Khan & Associates LLC, will review the refund request and its legitimacy and consider its validity before a refund will be granted.

Refund requests, replacements and account adjustments will also be considered if found to directly relate to confirmed technical problems on benkhan.com servers where it resulted in the customer not being able to access the benkhan.com Jobsite and the service purchased within. Ben Khan & Associates LLC, must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the internal technical problem within 30 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or account adjustment will be considered.

After 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds, replacements and account adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Ben Khan & Associates LLC.

In the event that the Ben Khan & Associates removes a job posting or employer account which it believes to be fraudulent, deceptive or libelous (but is not limited to this list) from the benkhan.com Jobsite, Ben Khan & Associates reserves the right to refuse a refund.

In order to better understand how to properly use the customer account and to minimize customer error, benkhan.com highly recommends that before a purchase, the customer:

  • Should view the jobs and CV/resume database available publicly, and
  • Carefully read all emails sent to the customer by Ben Khan & Associates LLC staff members, and
  • Read the jobsite terms and conditions, and
  • Read the recommendations provided on the Employer Registration Form, and
  • Read the FAQs page, and
  • Read the benkhan.com Website Policy page (see below).
